Took a very large turkey there couple years ago to get smoked. I tied thread around leg to mark that this large bird was mine. Went to pickup and was given a turkey half the size as what I gave him and there was no marker on the leg. He said it lost half the weight in the smoker. Rip off. I've smoked them myself before what a liar. Definitely do not recommend
