Inland Cafe - Baker City

This restaurant is a GEM! The food is fantastic and is very comforting. The prices are very reasonable for the portions you get.We had the Dinner Special of the Day. Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce, corn which tasted like it came right off the cob, Texas Toast, and Hamburger Vegetable Soup all for $12!My husband and I enjoyed every bite! This is now our go to restaurant when we travel through Baker City!Kid-friendliness: They are very accommodating to children. Their kids menu even includes Seniors!

We had breakfast chicken fried steak, food should have been warmer. It tasted good. Philly steak sandwich was wonderful. Meat was not processed. More like an freshly cooked roast.

We were staying in Mountain View RV park near by. They recommended this place. The restaurant opens early so perfect for us. Coffee hit the spot right off the bat. I loved their biscuits and gravy, wife had the pancales/eggs/hashbrowns. Staff was friendly informative on things to do in area. Restaurant bathrooms were clean. We were very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food we received.There isn’t really a place to park a large RV at restaurant, but we found a spot across the street to park the 28’ RV.We feel this is the best Mom Pop breakfast place in town. We will stop back here even if it is off the road a little ways from interstate.

Best sandwich I had in a long time. Soup was amazing. Service was very amazing. I will be back. Love love love it.

Owner is all about making money, won't put previous worker back to work after doing everything she asked... After a life changing injury that did not happen at work.. Sad, being a small town.. We won't lie if someone asks the truth. Too bad it comes down to this.. Try to support local business, but inland cafe doesn't live up to reviews customer service...or helping employees better themselves. Truly sad ?.Also enjoys copying another local restaurant with specials.. Sad they can't think of their own and be original. ??
