Nature's Food Market - Bakersfield

This place is a hidden gem in downtown Bakersfield. Their 'green machine ' smoothie is like a meal in a cup: so delicious and fulfilling. I love their egg salad and chicken salad sandwiches. On a lighter day, I 'll have a veggie wrap. They have bite size deserts to go as well! Mini ganache, blueberry cheesecake, banana and chocolate swirl cheesecake and how can I forget their nut seed bars!! They are glorious! If you haven 't stopped by yet I highly recommend you do. All foodies and health conscious people LOVE this place.

This was my first time going to this place and I was very amazed! They have a variety of healthy food, juices, and smoothies along with there knowledgeable advice and helpful service. I will definitely be returning there and making this my number one health food place to go! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent food and service. We had the vegan turkey wrap, green machine smoothie, pina-co-colada smoothie, coconut date balls, and the guacamole! Everything was superb!

Wonderful scenery and great customer service staff was very cordial and inviting and helpful. Met the owner of the store was very inviting and they try to market local artists in the hallways and have a very inviting colorful and atmosphere.. I highly recommend this local health food store to anyone who's looking for a healthy alternative, from smoothie sandwiches juices and or any kind or health food products and supplements..

Long overdue review. This establishment is an asset to the city. Vegan, healthy options. Gluten-free vegan hot dishes are served daily. The smoothies/protein drinks are exquisite. Fridays they offer vegan sushi which has weaned me off the traditional sushi. Their bio coffee alternative is wonderful.
