Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

The customer service here is exceptional. The staff is laid-back, friendly, and highly professional. I can’t even remember the last time they got my order wrong; in fact, many of them recognize my voice and remember my usual order! I really don’t see how the service could be improved. It seems to me that some people are just looking for reasons to complain or have unrealistic expectations about time, especially when they feel their time is being wasted waiting for instant satisfaction.

While things can be a bit slow at times, I don't mind at all. The customer service is generally good, but the gentleman working the window tonight, Derrione, truly exceeded expectations. He double-checked to ensure I received all my sauces and everything I needed. The food was delicious, too! It seemed like he was the only person working, so it's impressive that he maintained such a positive attitude while handling both cooking and serving. Overall, a great experience!

I often stop by for breakfast, and while their lunch and dinner options are excellent, nothing beats their biscuit sandwiches—especially when they’re on sale. If you enjoy sweet coffee, you definitely shouldn’t miss out on the Frosty-ccinos. They’re so delicious!
