Chowking - Balagtas

Didn't like the quality of the food, coke wasn't setup and no Halo-Halo at noon when we ordered.

A real quick-stop over. 'twas nice bc, when the time that we came in, we were so hungry bc it 's already past lunch but when we ordered up, the food was served like a flash. so great we got to eat bfore malipasan ng gutom.

Chowking at Shell NLT/NLEX Balagtas, Bulacan is one of the nicest Chowking branches I've been to. The tandem of Cashier Jem and Server Mac was effective and quite impressive. Fast. Responsive. Courteous. This store was neat and with ample seats that can accommodate even large groups. We ordered two boxes of Siopao for take out. Glad we came on a not-so-busy hour in the morning when the sun rays were just brightening up the room, further enhancing our upbeat experience.

Masarap ang food, ok ang service ng crew. BUT. My queue number fell from the tray I was balancing that has our drinks. It fell because of the air curtain. The security guard on duty saw this, but did nothing. I returned to where it was and picked it up myself. Nothing wrong with that, but it affected my overall experience. Very poor customer service of one of your frontliners.

My goodness......is one of the worst restaurant I have been. Food is dry and without taste. I give one star because there isn't less than a star
