Shrimp the size of your palm at 30/40/50 rs. Shrimp cakes with besan (gram flour/ chick pea flour) at only 10 rs. Tea and coffee is also available at nominal rates. The place is just a plastic sheet with some tables and chairs underneath, but Chhabi Sarkar is talkative, will tell you about her travels in Delhi etc. and the view of the Teesta river below is nice too.
