This restaurant is truly a standout in our city. The cuisine is delicious, and the diverse menu offers something for everyone!

I ordered coffee. The coffee was brought without a spoon or a straw. The potatoes were not very fresh. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. A beautiful Christmas tree adds to the festive atmosphere.

The portions are too big. I couldn't finish it. But they packed everything to-go for me. Most importantly, everything was very delicious!

My favorite Balashov unfortunately seems to be stuck in the past when it comes to service. Rudeness and poor service were prevalent. The atmosphere at Burzhuy is decent, with good interior design and quality music. At first, it felt cozy, despite some issues: there were no snacks available, and the waiter struggled to provide good service—forgetting utensils and napkins. The salads that we eventually received turned out to be tasty, and the bartender made a delicious cocktail. BUT: the staff was discussing the customers out loud! The rudeness ruined the whole experience!
