O'briens Irish Sandwich Cafe

Wont be back called in at 2:00 was not busy for tea and a cake , paid for it all and went to a table and there was no milk stood at counter for milk and a glass for a soft drink and was ignored found milk on another table will have to do

Nothing I like more for a pleasant lunch than O'Briens. The staff are just fantastic, friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent, we can even sample new soups before we order. Fantastic girls keep up the good work. The food never fails to impress. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Was recently here and i ordered a bagel with bacon. When i got my bagel it had ham on it not bacon, but i didnt mind the mix up. Then after eatting half of it i noticed mould around the bagel. I went up to one of the staff and told her i wanted a refund as the bagel is mouldy. She said to me do you want another one and i said no i want my refund i dont want anything else. She just looked at me with a face on her. Didnt apologise or anything and just stood looking at me. Another girl heard i wanted my refund and she came over apologised for what happened and gave me a refund plus a free meal. There was no point of given me a free meal as i would never eat there again after that. plus the customer service is a joke seems like they hate their job and you bearly get a smile never mind anything else. Would not recommend food its rotten and staff are horrible..never again.

For me this cafe is very special since I used to go here a lot with my friends during my time in Ireland. The food here is great, tasty and affordable. The staff is mostly nice, the service could be very slow at times tho! I recommend to always get the sandwich toasted!

I really enjoy the sandwiches at this café. My go-to order is usually the B.L.T and hot chocolate. It's a shame they no longer serve the usual side of chocolate like they used to. When I visited, they didn't offer it. The hot chocolate is good, although a bit watered down, but still enjoyable. Some of the staff are friendly, but I understand why some people may find one person who doesn't smile and stares while taking orders off-putting. Personally, it doesn't bother me. The bacon in the B.L.T is a bit tough and fatty, tasting like it has been sitting for a while. Despite this, I still really like it. Overall, it's a nice café with delicious sandwiches.
