Little Caesars Pizza - Balch Springs

The pizza is good. But the waiting time is terrible. It took 30 minutes from the start to pick up. I ordered in the store and they started cooking 20 minutes after my order. There was no line at all.

Ordered a cheese pizza and a ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni pizza. What I got was a burnt cheese pizza with no sauce and a regular pizza. I will not order from this location again.

They were super busy. Got a cheese bread because it was ready and ate it while waiting for the pizza. It was awesome but was charged an additional $1.08 got the sauce, which he could've/should've given to me since I had ta wait for the hot n ready.

Normally the drive thru does a good job. One day they didn't. Young man at window was a little rude and I had to wait 15 minutes for pizza. I got no problem with waiting but rudeness from children I really don't tolerate.

The customer service here is poor in drive thru and front desk. Employees will look you dead in your face and walk away (evening crew . Right now the employees are all in the back talking but no one I?d saying ? we?ll be right with you.? I know we?re in a ?panini? but bad customer service sucks all around. Please Do better.
