Írjon visszajelzéstI came here to get some ice cream. Before ordering, I wanted to sample some ice cream before I made a decision. I ask to try three ice cream. The employee old grey hair man) only gave me two. I told him I wanted to try the third flavor. He stated I could only try two. I asked him where in the store it state you could only sample three ice cream. He said I said so. Then, he started saying people trying ice cream and not buying anything. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME? In addition, they have the right to sample it and decide whether they want it or not. Your job is to provide good customer service. Then he gave in saying I give you the third sample, but that is it. I just walk out because he clearly doesn't realize that I can take my money elsewhere, which I did.
The food was terrible. They served cold hash browns and stale jelly munchkins. I was waiting for my mobile order for about 20 mins. Throughout my 20 mins there, there were countless complains on their orders. Clearly, the good reputation fell short.
Spent $6+ dollars for what should be 2 scoops of ice cream. I go here cuz it my neighborhood BR and the service is typically good, but the ice cream service isn't worth it. I'd rather go somewhere else to get my money's worth this was ridiculous. See the pic and decid3 for yourself.
Terrible service!! One customer was ahead of me and the cashier was getting frustrated with the customer. When it was time for me to order now the older man at the register decides to rush me. His colleague offered to make me my drink (because the older man was on the register) he said no he would do it and then proceeds to mess up my order. When I told him he gave me the wrong drink, he said he charged me for what he gave me, which was not what I asked for. When I asked for a new drink be rudely asked if I was going to pay for it I said yes. He then angrily throws my drink back and the blender throws something inside it and hands me back the same drunk.
Made and online order. They took $15 out of my Account for 2 iced coffees and a doughnut. When I arrived the manager was screaming racist comments at myself and an under diver. Slammed the door on us and locked it while stating **** you and giving us the finger. As both orders were placed online Mine through the actual app and his was a Door dash delivery no One was serviced we both had our money taken no refunds avail told us and the cops we had to call they were spraying for roaches. They also admitted they close at 12pm . The police asked why he started this during business hours and he stated we have a roaches and a lot of them. Our orders were taken and our cards accepted. And Money was taken out of about 7 9 peoples account that night. As we all waited outside for the manager to assist us but instead ignored us cursed us out and was racist. Cops were called just to tell me and the Uber driver to dispute the charges. Once the cop Left and me and the Uber kid were speaking minding. Our own business and then the manager was holding up middle finger yelling **** you white **** and that N* that you're with. At this point I started recording to protect the Uber driver and myself and to show to corporate. I will be reaching out to multiple news media outlets and the FDA.
