Service is okay and orders are not consistent. Last week I ordered a caramel oat milk iced coffee and it was perfect. Today I got the same thing and was nothing like my last order.
Overall, my experience was positive, but there are some issues with food preparation that need to be addressed. The staff seemed to prioritize drive-in orders over those of customers inside the restaurant. My order disappeared from the register, and while I was waiting, I noticed the employee was still serving outside orders. Eventually, I saw her put my order in the oven. This suggests that the restaurant does not prioritize inside customers, and it seems the manager is not adequately attentive to this issue; further training may be necessary. On the positive side, this place is better than others in the area, like Dunkin', as they tend to have communication problems with customers.
Throughout the year, I have visited many Dunkin' locations, but the one at 764 Sunrise is probably the worst. The exterior doesn't give off a clean impression. The drive-thru wait times are excessive; even with only a few cars in line, it takes 10 to 15 minutes just to reach the speaker. Prices seem to go up every month; for instance, a small coffee is now $2.49, which is a 40-cent increase just this year. Additionally, items are frequently prepared incorrectly or of poor quality. When I brought my concerns to the manager's attention, he responded with sarcasm and did not take responsibility or offer an apology. Completing their surveys doesn’t help either, as they never respond. Save yourself the frustration and skip this location altogether.
I believe I saw the store manager training a new employee, and I was truly impressed! He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough—it even warmed my heart a little! I've noticed him at the store for years, always working hard and generously offering samples of new drinks. If he hasn't received a raise yet, corporate should definitely consider giving him one! As for my drinks, they’re always fantastic. Thank you all—you're amazing!
