Dunkin' - Baldwinville

I love coming to this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

If I could give this restaurant a zero rating, I would. They consistently make mistakes with orders and behave unprofessionally, as if they don't know how to make a simple cup of coffee? I wish there was another Dunkin' Donuts nearby my workplace, but unfortunately I have to endure this one. I believe the management should investigate their staff, as they need to ask me how much cream and sugar goes into a regular coffee. They clearly need to undergo further training.

The service was extremely slow at this restaurant. They do not have a drive-thru option available. Even after ordering online, there was still a long wait time. Additionally, Dunkin's rewards do not seem to work at this location.

Basic Dunkin donuts. No issues, in and out, just how it should be

No, none, any donuts!!! Then they forgot about the drinks I ordered.
