Capri Cafe - BALLARAT CENTRAL

I really can't complain with the service it was friendly enough. Upon being seated in the carpeted area towards the back it appeared it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in quiet some time. The food wasn't terrible but not that special either. A little relish or sauce would have went nicely with the frittata. It was a little bland. Also poor etiquette giving us our bill as we'd only started into our meal.

Our last ditch stop to get chips if the kids need them to tie them over til we get somewhere better. Have eaten in and taken away, chips are always under cooked, dim sims poor quality potato cakes poorly cooked. food eaten is disappointing, especially their schnitzels, fake formed chicken tasted awful. unless you absolutely need to avoid it.

I visited this resto for a drink and ordered a salmon quice which I found interesting to try. The taste is delicious and bought some after first order to take away. I have never taste delicious quice in other places and I think this is the best quice I have ever eat.

Blowflies crawling over food where they make sandwiches. Mature aged man picked ham up (for my omlette) without gloves on. Staff sour faced. Female toilet disgusting.

Good food and lovely service from staff. Have been going here for about 40 years and will continue to return
