Írjon visszajelzéstI found my way here twice back in July. It's a hidden gem below the Lost Ones Gallery. Cosy on a cold wet winters day, and plenty of seating options - couches and tables and chairs. The food is basic comfort food like toasted sandwiches, ploughman's platter, good coffee, and some great local beers. The little court yard our back will be amazing in summer!
I had the good fortune to host a launch there in the midst of heritage weekend. Professional and friendly staff, wonderful spread and they show a great eye for nice wines. The venue is beautifully atmospheric in a former historic Masonic lodge with a mix of tables and lunge areas and a fascinating small Gallery above. Can't recommend it enough.
Fabulous warm space for an after dinner drink. Open fire creates ambience and room quiet enough for relaxed chatter. Early days but a welcome addition to Ballarat. Cheese platters or nibbles might be a nice addition in the future. eg Melbourne Supper Club
We wanted to check out the new Lost Ones Basement Bar venue in Camp Street. What a fantastic friendly environment. It was like sitting in your own cozy lounge room with the big sofa’s and quirky surrounds. Decided to have our coffee and cake fix, all was delicious. We look forward to returning again and again to experience the up and coming interesting events that are in their future plans. One can also visit the gallery upstairs.
The Lost Ones in Ballarat is a fantastic addition to the city. The staff are incredibly friendly, from the warm welcome at the door to the knowledgeable bar staff. The upstairs gallery space is filled with natural light, making it ideal for art exhibitions and live music performances with great acoustics. The venue is impressively high-standard without being pretentious. A visit to the Lost Ones is definitely recommended when in Ballarat.
