The Tri-tipery @the Hub - Ballico

We absolutely love the Tri-Tyrpery! The food is consistently fantastic, and the atmosphere is incredibly inviting.

This afternoon, I stopped by to order some food. I went straight to the window, as there was no one ahead of us. While waiting at the order window, the male server inside glanced at us several times, but he did not greet us or say a word. We were left waiting while he hurried to prepare a few meals. After about 3-5 minutes of silence, we decided to leave without placing an order. The food here is quite good, but the service was lacking today. A simple greeting and acknowledgment of customers would go a long way in improving the experience.

This barbecue is excellent, and it feels more like a sandwich shop. They offer delicious mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and onion rings, along with tasty tri-tip. There are benches outside for dining. The food is of great quality. It’s a lovely idea to take a day trip to Tritippery and then visit the Hilmar cheese factory, making for a perfect outing in the countryside.

I was there twice. The food is delicious, they can cook your meat as you prefer. The taste in the food was great! 100% recommended.

One of the best BBQ places in California. Such great food and beautiful place to eat. There is only one thing that keeps this place from becoming a 5 start restaurant and that is the service and wait time. I feel like the owners need to hire more help but sadly I?ve seen how much they are willing to pay someone so it makes sense they really don?t have more help. They pay 13 an hr and at this point it?s ridiculous. The workers are always working so hard while being low staffed. the last time I was there only 3 people working trying to feed more than 50 people and more. They are always kind but at this point they need the help. If this place can remodel they can for sure pay the workers more and hire more help.
