Chilango's - Baltimore

The food was excellent, but the service left something to be desired. Our waiter rushed us to place our orders before we had a chance to fully look over the menu. I generally prefer a server who isn’t overly attentive, but this guy completely disappeared until it was time for the bill.

We ordered the fajitas and chorizo tacos, and they were amazing. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was really great.

The quality of food and service at this restaurant has definitely deteriorated over the past two years. It's disappointing when you're one of only two tables occupied and your chili and meal arrive cold or lukewarm. The staff and bartender showed no sense of care or concern. It's also frustrating to see a mandatory 20% gratuity added for such subpar food and service. This has been the third consecutive time I've experienced poor quality here. It used to be one of my favorite spots, but I would not recommend it now and I won’t be returning.

I came here with my family recently. Service was excellent, drinks were really good and food was served hot and it was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Absolutely fantastic place to stop in! Everyone was so happy and helpful. Our food was delicious and the prices were great. I highly recommend the cucumber margarita.
