Hiphop Fish Chicken - Baltimore

I ordered the three piece trout meal online via Hip Hops website; it is supposed to come with cole slaw, bread, fries (thats what the website states .Under the special instructions, I asked that my fish be fried hard,with extra seasoning and to substitute the fries with a cole slaw , and that I be given ketchup and hot sauce. I also orderd a 22 oz drink. I recieved a small drink, no slaw, hard fries and unseasoned fish; and no ketchup or hot sauce only tarta sauce (who asked for tartar sauce? I would assume that whoever takes the order either cant read at all or struggles with reading English. Nonetheless, I called because I paid for a large drink but was given a small. I was placed on a long hold before someone came to the phone. The man then proceeded to tell me that it was the drivers fault, he must have mixed up the drinks; I was fine with that explanation but the driver works for Hip Hop. I didn 't order thru door dash, uber eats, etc, I ordered directly via their website, so the driver works for them. As such, they are under obligation to make it right. Instead of listening, the man begin to loud talk me as he continued to tell me it was a delivery driver issue. The call ended with me letting them know that I will be there after work with my receipt and cup showing what I paid for versus what i got, expecting a free drink or refund...their choice. This was the Hip Hop on Eutaw Street, across from the State office building.

This location is a disappointment. Are going here to pick up an order. Not acknowledged for quite some time until one of the back order individuals come because the gentleman is right at the front is on the phone with his head down like all he has to do is take phone orders. Order the same thing that I ordered from the location off route 40. Received a different amount of food as well as the quality of the food was different. So between the service and this food I wish I could get a refund
