Pitango Gelato - Baltimore

Stopped in during the Fell’s Point Festival while visiting a friend who recently moved to Baltimore. The shop is small and cute, the service is friendly and the gelato was tasty. I had the mango and pineapple, while my friend had coconut chocolate chip and vanilla chocolate chip.

This was the best dessert we had on our vacation to Maryland. We made sure to go a second time before leaving Baltimore. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. The pistachio tasted so fresh and true to flavor, no artificial flavors here! My husband said the same of his banana Gelato. The texture was like satin and very creamy without being too heavy. We're already sad that we live so far from it. Will definitely come again on our next visit to Maryland.

One of our favorite dessert places when stopping in Baltimore! Always great sorbets and gelato flavors. The only downside is that this has become much more expensive over a short period of time, unfortunately. Glad that they're doing samples again. Might not be a bad idea to ask for flavors in separate cups (you might even get a little more than if they fit it in one).
