Írjon visszajelzéstMaybe because I just moved back from the west coast that my standards are a little low, but I really enjoy their pizza and their hoagies. Aside from the odd 40+ year old delivery driver texting my gf and telling her she was beautiful (LOL) everything else was great. Service is usually pretty quick and they have good specials. Their 16? hoagies are two 8? hoagies separated. Which is f**king brilliant. I order it and stick one in the fridge and have lunch the next day. Worth it for $12.99!
If I could rate it a 0, I would. I called at 7:22 to place an order for delivery. They answered the phone and just set it down. Took me about a minute to realize that I was on hold . This is my first time in Baltimore or ordering from them. The person taking my order didn 't seem to know the menu very well. Took 8 minutes to place my order between being on hold and navigating a relatively difficult ordering process. I ordered a 5 piece jumbo wings, no sauce and ranch onthe side. I was charged extra to fry my wings. I also got the chicken parmesan special that came with my choice of pasta, garlic bread, and salad for 10.95. The chicken was soggy (what few cubes of chicken that I could find in the bowl)and the ziti noodles that I ordered were way overcooked. My cheese cake was hot. I was told that it would take 35-40 minutes and it was actually 1 hour and 7 minutes from the time that I hung up, before I got a call from the driver. Hecalled and said that I would have to come outside of my hotel to collect my food when there was available parking directly in front of the hotel door. I am staying at a bed and breakfast so it 's not a huge hotel. It 's literally just thesize of a big house. I had to send my husband out to collect my food because I couldn 't go myself. I love trying new restaurants and such when I travel and I have tried a lot of placed over the years. I woulda honestly have to say thatbetween the ordering process, the length of the wait, the quality of the food, and the laziness of the driver, I will definitely not order from them again when I am in town which is quite often. The only good thing is that they gave us 2free cans of Pepsi with our order which were also damaged but at least it was cold.
Was in Baltimore from out of town for one night. Ordered from this place cause they said they could deliver in 30-45 minutes. An hour and a half went by no food and we had to leave for an event. Kept calling and was just lied to each time about the delivery. Was told driver was there, driver would call, and driver was outside. I?m now on the third day of trying to get a refund and am continually getting a run around. Each time I call the attitude is just that they don?tcare. Do not order from here.
It was cool for the most part but little kids are always up there for whatever reason. maybe it's the good food that's being sold there.Food: 3/5
Roma Little Italy on Fayette St. will never get my business again. I order from here often but today I will never do it again. They delivered the wrong food to my job. I ordered honey old bay wings and I received chicken tenders. I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes to prove that this occurred. First they told me that the chef said he fixed the correct food. I had to screen shot the chicken tenders and my receipt. Then they come back to the phone and admit that it was their fault but they do not have enough drivers and unable to send the correct food. They can offer me free wings the next time I order. Excuse me, there will not be a next time. So I was out of my money and food because I hate chicken tenders. The manager explained to me that he will refund my money or send me the correct order. I should give him a few minutes and he will call me back. I never received anything and the manager never called me back.
