Starbucks Coffee - Baltimore

This is THE BEST Starbucks ever. The service there is wonderful. They're always smiling and pleasant. I walk in now since I've been coming so often and they instantly know what I want. I love how I can actually sit in PEACE in the area without a bunch of people lurking around. Great team!!!!!

Just a generally good Starbucks. It's always busy since its by the hospital but they never seem overwhelmed. May take a minute to get your drink during peak times but always comes out right

Attached to a Great modern hotel. I wish the hotel offered a good breakfast. Luckily this Starbucks is here so I didn't need to deal with the hotels horrible, paid, breakfast that also had the pleasure of terrible service. If you are staying in the hotel, do yourself a favor and skip the hotel breakfast and go to Starbucks.

This is your quiet little Starbucks in the corner of an intersection. Staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient. Not busy on a Sunday noon. This place is clean and a good place to people watch if you just sit in front of the glass windows! It's Starbucks. They have consistency. No more no less.

This location is a mess. We only come here because it's around the corner from Everyman Theatre and we have time to kill while we wait for their kids classes to end. But each and every time we've been, regardless of ordering in person or by mobile, they manage to get it wrong, take an exorbitant amount of time, and provide poor customer service all while being empty of guests. And speaking of empty, someone else made note that they are often without many food items and ingredients you'd think the store was closing. This is a sad, sad Starbucks location...
