The food, the service, the ambiente, here really fits everything together. the pizzabrot as an appetizer alone was already really fantastic, so well fed and prepared I didn't know yet. a fantastic combination of salt, garlic, olive oil and rosemary. Moreover, the texture was also really super, perfect mix of crispy and soft. everything I wrote to pizzeria also meets the pizzas, for one another from my visit in bamberg, this restaurant is a mandatory stop.
