Boston Pizza - Banff

Started out a little slow but picked up through dinner. Pizza bread was great so was salads. Margherita was excellent. Only issue it was warm in the restaurant

We went to this restaurant at 1 pm with 6 adults and 3 children. We expected a long wait, but surprisingly, the restaurant was empty. The service was average. I was not happy with the 18% tip automatically added to the bill before I even paid, as I didn't feel the service warranted that amount.

Amazing to realize that this place has a specific menu for gluten free meals. There are a lot of dishes that you can choose from. Very tasty. This is also correct for the other courses we choose. The service was also efficient and I fully recommend it.

Food was good when we finally received forks and knives to be able to actually eat it. Kids got wrong orders, kept bringing us water instead of the drink we ordered, when we left and asked to take off the drink and wrong food that we were charged with it was a big argument so we said fine we will not be paying the gratuity tip and the waitress literally started throwing the debit machine around saying shes going to bight her tongue but she has so much to say, ridiculous.

Great location right on Banff Avenue. We were initially disappointed to have to walk up two flights of stairs to get in as we had hiked over ten miles that day on the trails.But our effort wasn't in vain. We were seated immediately (unusual for a party of 8!), and were served drinks and ordered quite quickly. The atmosphere was clean and not too noisy despite many TV's showing sporting events. Restrooms were clean and easily accessible. Favorite dished included the pizzas, the caesar salad, and the bowtie pastas. The chicken mushroom pasta was a little bland and was our least favorite entree. The service was very good despite our constant request for water and drink refills following a strenuous day of hiking!Overall very good value and service from what we understand is a Canadian chain restaurant. I would recommend it if you are looking for some pizza in Banff!
