I ordered the Italian to share with the youngest child. Steak was okay. the rest was of poor quality. the sausages were so dry and over cooked we left them. the plate over all was very low value for money. we didn't eat it all and ca. 50% leave the other adult ordered carbonara. there was no taste. seriously, we all tried and couldn't cost much. the other child did not decide to order a main course. then we ordered dessert. I ordered the berry cake. that was not a cheesecake. the strawberries were the frozen species, stained and muddy. the children had ice. about 187.00 that was our second time in the restaurant. I had an excellent review when we tried to go to breakfast. we thought that was anomaly, so we tried to eat. will not be back.
We came to silvester without reservation and were immediately sat. we were greeted directly at the table by our server. the brothish is unique by having a selection of about five broths and four spreads. they can choose to grill it to their satisfaction. it was a fun and unique aspect of our stay. I ordered the kalbscallopini in a mushroom sauce with linguine alfredo. it was excellent and among the most memorable calves I had eaten. another in our party had the meat lovers pizza. I was happy enough to steal a piece and wow it was good! we all had water to drink and our server kept the bottles full. If it was so great, why do they ask four stars? No one smiled and did as if they were better elsewhere.
We had the greatest experience siting at the bar! Connor is a great mixologist entertainer….if you’re on a vacation and staying at the moose hotel I highly recommend spending time with this great bartender
Had breakfast. You have to toast your own bread on some sort of grill. Maybe they should turn on the heat so it works.
We reserved a table for two as it was our 10th Anniversary, no issue doing so. Banff as a whole has become outdated, old and lacking in customer service. To our absolute delight we have experienced the most delicious meal possible. The meal we had...consisted of bread from the bread bar, Parmigiano Fondant, Lasagna Grandiosa, Meat Lovers Pizze E Duettos and deserts were Apple Crumble with caramel Sause and Chocolate Delight. To drink we had Red Rooster, October Lime, a Glass of Ventiterre Montepulciano and finished with Italian Caffè which they happily did a brandy substitute for frangelico. Our server, Courtney was a lovely lady from Wales, she was kind, friendly, attentive without being intrusive and an absolute delight. The manager, Camilla made a point to stop by the table to speak with us and make sure we were have a good time. The food...pardon the expression...OMG. The chef did an amazing job. If I could give a higher star review I would. Spectacular, absolutely out of this world...an absolute must if you come to Banff you have to come to Pacini and enjoy a dining experience you will never forget
