For me I did have some stomach issues later but can't confirm whether it was an after effect of the food. Drinks are great the cocktails especially. Definitely a thims up to the ambience and courteous staff and service provided. Must give it a try. Its an expensive place but definitely worth a try.
I went to this place situated in 80ft road assuming it to be sriracha, later found out its combination of sanchez, a mexican restaurant and sriracha, asian cuisine restaurant. We tried wasabi prawn it was very very tasty! Ordered chilli garlic basmati rice spicy cashew chicken and Veg soup from asian section. Taste was very average. Compared to the taste price was quite high actually. From mexican we ordered veg taco with soft shells and fresh line soda. PATHETIC. The price they charged for two over cooked fillers and blunt taco you would have got 4 tacos desert from taco bell. TOTAL MONEY WASTE IF YOU’re ordering from Sanchez. Ambience was ok. They should consider the price if they wanna stick to basic food taste. Only the best was the wasabi prawn.
This is my go to Asian restaurant in Bengaluru! Been here at least 7 times and I appreciate that the restaurant has maintained its quality of food and service. The dumplings and the grilled fish are a must try!
Siracha an experience to cherish : What better day to start my weekend over some lip smacking dishes from different parts of Asia . Sriracha is a fine dine restaurant located at Indiranagar.. Very easy to spot and located on the 1st floor. Great ambience with both indoor and outdoor seating.. Drinks I tried : Purple compass a tequila based cocktail with fresh kiwi and much more.. Loved it.. Blushing dragon : A Gin based cocktail with freshness of coriander and chilli. The highlight of the place is khmer barbeque table. Its a different kind of live barbeque where the round metal grill is placed on charcoal then filled with soup and veggies are placed in the soup one by one .. And then meat of your choice is grilled on the center of round metal with added sauce for that extra flavor. There are also noodles added to this.. Later its served well in a bowl. (For this the chefs are specially trained from combodia itself) Please note this is available on prior booking only.. Other starters I tried was Pandan leaf wrapped cottage cheese. The cottage cheese was excellent and packed with great flavors. Fresh turmeric and red chilly king prawns : well presented and tasted great .. Tamarind and lemon grass chicken was also good. Pork belly was excellent . One of the best I had in recent times. Also tried 2 types of dimsums Roasted pumpkin and water chestnut dumplings for veg... And charcoal sea food dumplings in non veg. Both were good.. Perfectly made fresh spring roll.. These spring roll are made using rice paper and stuffed with veggies, sprouts and glass noodles. For main course had the Amok trey Its a traditional cambodian fish dish. A coconut milk based fish steamed in banana leaf cup and served along with jasmine rice.. Now to my most favorite section the desserts Banana cake with coconut ice cream. They name says it all. The overall dessert was just amazing Sumatra dark mousse chocolate, Was good as well. Quite friendly staff and good service.
We went to have lunch during the weekend in Sriracha Robata Contemporary Pan Asian Dining. As of now, they have merged the sitting for Sanchez and Sriracha restaurants in Sanchez in the ground floor (an after-effect of COVID-19 . This was a boon to us as we had dishes from both the restaurants. Hygiene and safety measures were properly maintained in the restaurant. Patron details and temperature checks were done before admission into the restaurant. Staffs were wearing masks, face-shields and gloves at all times. The food was absolutely delicious and the quantity is adequate. From Sriracha restaurant we had ordered ‘Sriracha's Signature Som Tam with House Recipe’. The Som Tam was prepared with very fresh ingredients with a balanced tangy taste. From Sanchez, we had ordered ‘Baked potato skin with zucchini corn and jalapeno’. This was a very unique dish that tasted pretty good. In cocktails, we had ordered ‘Galaxy sling’ and ‘Munchkin bliss’. Both were house specials. The drinks were well complimented by ‘Sanchez fiesta nachos’. The nachos were crisp and well made. About the restaurant atmosphere- it's contemporary and cosy. IPL match was being screened, but it created no commotion, as most odd the patrons were busy with the food (I guess this says much about the quality of the food ; . Overall, I would highly suggest this restaurant.
