Domino's Pizza - Bangor

Ordering through the app was simple, and the delivery was excellent. However, the pizza, which only had cheese and banana peppers, was disappointing. The cheese was overcooked, and overall, it didn't taste very good. I think I'll choose Papa John's for my next order.

I realized I had forgotten to switch one of my pizza orders from red sauce to white sauce. When I called the store on my way to pick it up, they kindly offered to remake it for me at no additional charge! This place is fantastic, the pizza is incredible, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

I won't be returning. It took over three hours for my order to be "in the oven." I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and extra chicken, but it arrived with less than the usual amount of both. It was also very messy and drenched in grease. I can't believe I paid $35 for it—it went straight into the trash.

Ordered from here a couple weeks ago, food took 2 hours to arrive and was wrong, cold, and dry. So we got a code for a free pizza that wasn't even close to the amount we spent. Went to use the code today, and again, I'm still waiting 2 hours later withno food. There is no offer to refund my money or compensation unless I spend MORE money for service charges? I'm done with thisstore, and really with the whole company.

Absolute worst pizza I have ever seen. Got it made with Alfredo sauce like I usually do and the entire pizza is pretty much JUST Alfredo sauce?. So all the toppings slid off and it?s barely cooked?. I did not ask for extra sauce and this pizza is justgross.
