Írjon visszajelzéstComing to Chef's Dynasty for a birthday Yum Cha for my wife, well worth the 40 minute drive from the Eastern Suburbs. Staff were very patient as we were waiting for one part of the party with a young child. Always a good look, when you come to a Chinese restaurant and you notice that a significant number of the patrons are Chinese. Once we got going, the carts bearing all sorts of scrumptious delights, came at regular intervals. Wide variety of delicious dishes, including seafoods, poultry, vegetarian came with regularity. No pressure from the attendants. Politely asked if we wanted particular dishes, and if we refused, staff politely moved away.dessert dishes came along and again the dishes very fresh and wholesome.Towards the end as we were loosening our belts politely asked how we enjoyed the Yum Cha. All the party were very satisfied.Couldn't find fault with the quality, taste and freshness of the dishes. The only minor suggestion would to have a few more poultry dishes such as some duck etc.
A spacious restaurant but small crowd on Thursday lunch hours. It's not the dim sum that impressed but the pot of tea. The less common green tea ordered may not be available in most yum cha restaurants. It turned out to be a surprise that pleased us with its quality and fragrant.Table setting was no frill with no menu nor order sheet. High ceiling gave a sense of liveliness and red lanterns very traditional Chinese. Variety of dim sum was not the strong point, nor the quality. Service was above average though even the number of staff was quite insufficient.
This is the best Yum Cha restaurant I have ever been to! The selection was colourful, well presented and great and is brought to the table to select from many differing Yum Cha type selection trolleys. The food was fantastic.
The restaurant is well-decored and clean with nice ambiance. The staff served hot food using trolley with variety of dishes to choose. Dumpling was fully filled with quality seafood. The food overall was delicious.
Came across this place and decided to try it as i LOVE yum cha and will travel to get good yum cha or at least try new places.the restaurant is nicely fitted out as its fairly new. the table was very small and tight. the service was ok. the for however was quite good. the dumpling skin was fine and delicate and the fillings on the seafood dumplings tasted very fresh and was big on flavour.the only let down for me was that there was a little too much MSG in the food as i could feel it but not as high as others especially the Phoenix restaurants. Parking was easy and free. will definitely go back!
