Choice Charcoal Chicken - Banora Point

I can’t believe I paid $660 for a few poorly prepared dishes, including double-boiled items and some overcooked hot chips. They should be embarrassed to serve this to customers. On top of that, there’s a surcharge on Sundays, and my chicken was dried out. I highly recommend avoiding this place!

I find the 10% surcharge on Sundays to be ridiculous. I spoke with employees at the chemist and Coles, and they mentioned that this is one of the reasons they no longer dine there. They've even posted the prices to illustrate this point.

Had a roast chicken and gravy roll and some chips from here today, it was delicious. Good old school charcoal chicken shop food I noticed a few bad reviews for the kebabs, but to be honest I wouldn't expect the best kabab in my life from a charcoal chicken shop but maybe that is just me. Needless to say I'll be back to try some other stuff from their menu soon.

I found a dead fly wrapped up in my chicken and gravy roll. The chicken burger varied each week; one week it came with onion, beetroot, tomato, and lettuce, and the next week it didn’t. This was a disappointing experience for takeout food. I work in a similar establishment with the same menu, and honestly, your shop is quite embarrassing. We won’t be returning.
