Horrible experience. Service at its worse. Wait staff totally ignored us after their friends arrived. Food took 1.5 hours and was cold. Service: 1

Down home place like they don't make anymore. Unpretentious. Crab cakes loaded with meat, not bread. Reuben was crispy on the outside, hot and melty on the inside. Would happily return for more.

Phenomenal lunch here. Service was friendly and our waiter clearly communicated when he thought there might be a wait for the fried items. The fisherman's platter (fried shrimp, scallops, clams and fish) was enormous and so fresh and good. The clam chowder and seafood chowder was packed full of large seafood chunks and the broth was flavorful and not too thick. Rooms: 5

I stopped here for lunch after exploring Acadia and ordered calamari and broiled scallops (not deep-fried). Unfortunately, the calamari was overcooked and very chewy, while the scallops were undercooked, lacking any nice sear, and just weren't good overall — they were served in a pool of juice. Service: 3/5.
