Terrace Grill At The Harbor Inn

Great location! While waiting for our table, I overheard several people raving about how fabulous their lunches were. I was happy for them, haha. The service was a bit slow and not particularly friendly, but hey, it's 2022. I can’t recall which Chardonnay I ordered, but it was delightful. Since it was my first full day in Maine, I decided to try the clam chowder. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it as it was lacking in flavor. On the other hand, my husband ordered the shrimp Caesar salad, and it was absolutely delicious! The taste and amount of dressing were just right, the romaine was fresh and crisp, and the shrimp were incredibly tasty. Overall, the salad was a hit!

Absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful time with our Pup Scout. The lobster was exceptional, and the clams, mussels, and chowder were all superb. The blueberry pie was a delightful treat! Thank you, Bruce and Staci Hunter – your Texas visitors.

This place deserves more than five stars! The view is stunning, the dishes are exquisite, and the drinks are fantastic. It's great to see such a diverse staff, all of whom were exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed the amazing view and even got to see a whale-watching boat depart from the dock.

On our Lobster Festival for lunch. Kim and I shared a Lobster Roll and a bowl of Lobster Bisque. On the recommendation of our server we had the blueberry mojito. The view from the deck was breathtaking. We had a short wait for lunch, as this is a first, first served place. We enjoyed the shaded Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay while we waited. Plan the next visit to the Gasthof.

Perfectly blended salad with high quality ingredients that you can taste matched with delicious cocktails, and did I mention the view? The haddock with gnocchi was so fresh and well balanced. Don't forget to try the blueberry pie. We really loved the dining experience and ambience too. Highly recommended.
