Teresa Carles Cocina Vegetariana

The restaurant is very well managed, efficient, organized, great systems available. Maybe I went on a free day. I had a bowl of lenses that tasted like they could come out of a glass and a piece of cake where the main taste was burned.

In 6 days 2x in the evenings were there. that in a city like barcelona actually says everything. there are so much vegan eating in barcelona, but for us after the first visit it was clear that we eat there again. it tastes really good and there is a great selection of appetizers, main and desserts.

Barcelona is a city with very good food, but I think teresa carles has the best vegan food in the city (together with her other restaurant, flax kale.) I had dinner twice in my last stay in barcelona and almost everything was really amazing: the gazpacho was very tasty and rich, the nachos, the pfanne con tomate and I think my lavuberig was the juices they sell from flax kale are also very good. I think the deserts are good, but not amazing and I was slightly disappointed by the braiding not by the fact that there were many diff rooted vegetables and not just kartoffels, but I expect that bradvas have a more tasteful dressing. I recommend this restaurant.
