The order taker was not very engaging, mainly just entering orders and handling payments. However, the employee at the pick-up window was very friendly. We ordered two jumbo shrimp baskets, each priced at $12.99, which came with fries and hushpuppies. We also added a salad, which was advertised on the menu board for $2 with a meal, but we were charged $3.50 because it was categorized as a side. Our total bill came to just over $35. If we had ordered anything other than water to drink, it would have reached $40. Our group of three had an amazing experience, enjoying everything we ordered and leaving completely satisfied. Our personal favorites included the corn nuggets, black bean salad, crabs, and the massive shrimp, not to mention the cocktails! Mike, the bartender, is incredibly personable and adds to the experience. We even met a couple who drives 45 minutes every week just to eat here. They're from Chesapeake, a well-known seafood town, which says a lot about the quality here. This place is a must-try! Don't listen to those negative reviews; they simply aren't true.
