Cracker Barrel - Bardstown

Cracker Barrel never fails to impress when it comes to food! The maple bacon chicken is absolutely incredible—definitely a must-try! I really hope it's not just a seasonal item. Of course, the biscuits are a favorite of mine, especially when paired with some Coca-Cola cake.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food and service are generally good, but I've had some issues with their pick-up system and refund policy. I don't want to rely solely on my personal experience, which made me quite angry and upset at the time. Therefore, I always recommend dining in rather than opting for pick-up. The experience is much better when you eat there. Despite my concerns, I still give it four stars because you can truly enjoy the ambiance and the meal when you're on-site.

Cracker Barrel is a fantastic dining option for the entire family, offering a wide-ranging menu. This is a restaurant we visit frequently in Kentucky, along with a few others during our trips between Pennsylvania and Kentucky. During our latest visit, Tiffany was our waitress, and she was very attentive. In 2022, Jennifer was also a great waitress. One thing I noticed was that the greens we had contained quite a bit of grit.

Great food and atmosphere. It was great.
