Fazoli's - Bardstown

Horrible experience at Fazolis. Waited over 40 minutes for our food, but it arrived correctly and tasted good. Beverages were flat, employees were unhelpful, and the tea was awful. No clean forks and the restroom was filthy with urine on the floor and dead cockroaches. Other customers also had issues with cold food and messed up orders. The only positive was the taste of the food and the Halloween candy scattered around the restaurant. Will not be returning.

The restaurant had a spotless dining area. The service was fast and the food was tasty and satisfying. It was a pleasant surprise to receive 6 breadsticks immediately. The staff was friendly and overall it was a great spot to grab lunch. I will definitely return.

I hadn't visited a Fazoli's in years but came across this one while traveling. I observed the manager interacting with her staff and she was very efficient. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite. It was a pleasant throwback experience and I would definitely visit again.

Tina Staff we?re so kind to my family and I. They brought out dinner and dessert out like a fine dine restaurant. I felt so bad for coming in a little later in the evening but we got top notch service.

Tina was amazing. We are new to town and she explained the lunch options and was extremely friendly. Her service was above what we expected, fast and accurate with friendliness and professionalism, being the ?newbies? in town.
