China Moon - Barnsley

After recently relocating to the area and feeling overwhelmed with unpacking, my family decided to order takeout from China Moon. We were pleased with the quick delivery, affordable pricing, and the delicious, hot food. We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

Everything was terrible. The chips were inedible, the curry was soaked in oil, and the chicken was tough. Both the egg fried rice and chicken fried rice were burnt and had crispy bits, and the prawn crackers were oily and burnt. It was absolutely disgusting, and I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. When I contacted the restaurant to try and resolve the issues (we had ordered from them before and it was fine), all they said was that it was because the food took a while to be delivered, and to contact Just Eat for a full refund. I will not be ordering from them again and would not pay for this food. It was a complete waste. I highly recommend going elsewhere and avoiding China Moon. Zero stars would be a more fitting rating than 1 star.

Wow! The flavors and taste of everything in this order are absolutely fantastic! I had it delivered to my home and it brought back childhood memories of dining at the restaurant. The food is delicious and it's a family-run business. I highly recommend it! The best Chinese food in the neighborhood. Thank you, China Moon, once again!

The food looks and smells amazing and is always a pleasure to eat. I've been working in Barnsley for over a year now and have not had better Chinese food anywhere in the North or the South. Thank you.

Ordered Singapore fried rice which is supposed to be hot and spicy. They completely forgot the chilli it was just like egg fried rice. Very bland disappointing food
