Írjon visszajelzéstThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin'. The woman at the drive-thru was extremely rude and messed up my order completely. If I hadn't checked the bag, I would have left with the wrong items. When I tried to explain what was missing, she dismissed me and didn't provide the items I needed. To make matters worse, I didn't receive a receipt, so I can't even tell if I got overcharged.
Typically, the staff can come across as unfriendly, and they seem to have a knack for getting your order wrong. It feels like they prioritize their own way of doing things over customer service, which gives the impression of laziness.
Complete waste of time. They still haven't corrected their locations on the delivery apps. Take responsibility and stop pointing fingers at others. I'm not the only one facing this issue, so please take action. It's a disappointing excuse for a business that allows its partners to waste both time and money. Very rude.
I got some coffee to hit the road it was good and the gasoline was cheap to the others.
