Kitty Korner Cafe - Barre

This cafe is a dream come true for cat lovers! I had a wonderful time meeting and playing with the adorable cats. Upon arrival, they even provided us with slippers, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere was cozy and artistic, with cats roaming around freely. The staff was friendly and professional, adding to the pleasant experience. I ordered a latte, a mocha, and a maple donut, all of which were delicious. We will definitely make a point to stop by whenever we are in town!

Didnt expect there to be so many cats! so many adorable kittens too, one of which snuggled up on my lap and made my whole day <3 thank you kitty korner!!

If you're a cat person and missing your brethren, this is your place. The $5 fee for a 30 minute visit goes to pay for their food and upkeep. If you fall in love with a feline here you can apply to adopt it! The teas are delicious and vibe is divine.

Love the idea of being able to meet the kitties and have coffee and a pastry. Very cozy environment. However the smell of the litter boxes and overall cleanliness of the cat room was off-putting. It seemed like the furniture needed a good washing. I'm afraid people may decide against adopting cats because of the smell. But it was a great experience otherwise and the concept of being able to hang out with adoptable cats is amazing. The staff was nice but the woman with the short black hair could stand to work on her people skills. I prepared my home for the kitten, fully expecting to bring her home as planned. When the appointed time arrived, I had it marked on my calendar, only to find that I had been stood up. I was told to call back to reschedule the appointment. To my surprise, I learned that she had approved another applicant without informing me when I first inquired about my application status, which she had confirmed. When I brought this to her attention, she claimed I must have spoken to someone else, despite the fact that I had been in direct contact with Alexis during all my calls. I am incredibly disappointed and upset. If you’re considering adopting a kitten here, be cautious — they might give the kitten to someone else without notifying you.
