Osmow's Shawarma - Barrie

The girl taking our order was so busy talking to her coworkers that she punched in our entire order wrong. Completely wrong salads on the wrong dishes. Busy socializing vs simply getting an order correctly.

Do not eat here. I won 't be anymore. This particular visit I got a shawarma poutine and it taste like they scraped a bunch of dirty burnt meat off the grill and put that on my food. There is black burnt chunks that taste like charcoal all over my food. I ended up throwing this 20$ poutine in the trash, where it belongs. The customer service is awful, they always have an attitude during the whole interaction like they don 't even want to be there and they never smile or respond to you when you say thank you, have a good day like they are robots or something. The workers are rude and unsanitary they wear their gloves while they handle the utensils to heat up the meat on the grill. Without changing them they will grab the veggies and put that on your food then again, they just grab the bottles of sauce to put on the food all while wearing the same gloves, that I 'm sure they don 't change for the next customer. Gloves cost like 3 cents a pair. They can at least change them during different processes. I watch them drop food all over the floor and have never seen them once clean up or even have wet floor signs up. Also the tables are sticky and clearly not cleaned after multiple uses from different customers.It 's unfortunate cause when it 's made properly osmows is good. This particular location is a no go. I 'd stay away and consider trying another takeout restaurant in the plaza. A McDonald 's is right around the corner and has far more consistently then this place.

The portions were ample. The Philly cheese Oz box was not my favorite as it had far too much sauce.I would not recommend the Greek salad because it's supposed to have feta cheese not parmesan.The staff was skilled but almost indifferent about serving me.

If I had a choice between their services, I would prefer to give no stars. Some staffs in their especially north indian staffs acts so weird .Chicken on the rocks was my order.She moves smugly in my direction while packing my order.Furthermore, it was improper for me to ask for her cover. I always have problems with this restaurant but I never do anything about them, but now I am persuaded to leave a review because she treated me so disrespectfully when she slid the order in my direction. I'm hoping the owner will look.

OZ BOX use more garlic sauce. Please be MORE generous on the sauce with out the added cost. The sauce makes the rice taste better. ?. Thanks.
