Dined in for long awaited dinner date with hubby. Server was very nice. Ordered chicken dinner. Chicken was more like dry pulled pork. Chicken gladly replaced but no change and fries very mixed sizes and some burnt. Buns like concrete unable to cut. Manager agreed and we left without paying except for good tip for server as it was out of her control. Come on Swiss Chalet you can do much better. Update Aoril 27th 2024 First time after our last disappointing meal we decided to give Swiss Chalet another try. Lots more on menu and staff very nice. Unfortunately the chicken was dry and had to be shredded with a fork to get any meat off. Chips burnt. Both left meal. Our server was great and got a discount on our barely touch meal.

Guys!! Missing items once again! Get it together!! Pick up a family pack and 2 kids meals and missing items once again! You try dealing with kids and missing food!!! Get it together guys!! Check, check and triple check your take away bags. I don’t care about the money or food but we expect everything to be in our order. It’s pretty simple. Will be contacting Rick Mauran and management as this is the 3rd time this has happened in 3 months. Get it together guys this never used to happen
