East Bay Oyster - Barrington

Excellent food and drinks gave 3 stars for the hostess that did not have a clue to seat customers. She stated 1st come first serve but all lounge tables were reserved at 4:00pm opening made no sense. I asked how to reserve high tops and she recommendedleaving a voice mail.

Reservations required for the bar area? Interesting since 20 tables were open but we were not able to be seated. All tables outside empty to...good way to lose customers.

Awesome restaurant. Food has always been rock solid. Their “Lemon Chicken Parmigiana“ is amazing. While the name may have some people wondering, it’s really a great version of Chicken Milanese. The crispiest coated perfect chicken covered with a very fresh salad and and awesome lemon dressing. Wow…The hot chicken and the fresh chilled salad together is incredible. My wife and I love many of the other dishes on the menu. Never a disappointment. Highly recommended..
