Farmhouse On North - Barrington

We have been ordering out from them since early in the pandemic. Over 2 years. The quality of the food went from great to inconsistent to bad. We have complained about a variety of problems but remained loyal. I always order the same dish (friedfish) and it is like a different person cooks it each week. What is maddening is that they have not once offered anaccommodation. Last night they forgot my husband?s entre. He had to go back and get it and they didn?t even offer a freeappetizer or dessert for our trouble. I hope you get it together or act like you care about our business. But we are done!

During the most recent meal I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner. It is nice to support independentlyowned, local resaurants. The food we had was delicious and I will definitely dine here the next time I am in the area.

Had the best experience here for my dad's birthday! We sat at the bar that had full service because they had booked reservations. Victoria took care of us and she was wonderful! She gave us great recommendations and made fantastic cocktails. Can't wait to bring the rest of the family back. The food was delicious! And the atmosphere was SO COZY!

Had a wonderful night at the Farmhouse. We had drinks and dinner upstairs with Victoria. She made our night !!! Amazing service !!! Food was excellent. It was a beautiful venue, and a wonderful experience. She can really make a flavorful drink. It's a must see in Barrington.
