Kooker's - Barrington

Food is good, service friendly. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that you have NIE, EVER must pay for water or these cheap Styrofoam cups they serve in it. If you are paging$5-8 for a meal, it would be nice to get water and cup for free.

Love this place, amazing burgers and pommes. You also get the high-end gyro, which really makes a difference. The owner, Jerry and his family are great people who really care about their customers. We have been here for years and recommend it very much!

The roasted egg sandwiches are fantastic, with generous portions of perfectly cooked eggs. The fresh-cut fries are cooked just right, first blanched, cooled, and then fried to a crispy finish upon ordering. It should be illegal to only visit this place once because everything is so good! The burgers are also top-notch. My husband was fortunate enough to be building a house nearby and had the chance to eat here every day for a few weeks, and he loved every meal!

I ordered delivery from this restaurant, and it was amazing! I highly recommend the crispy chicken sandwich; it was delicious, along with their cheesy fries. I will definitely be dining here again!

Great food and excellent service! I visited a few times ago, and during this trip, I tried the Chicago Style Hot Dog Special. You really can’t call it a Chicago dog without the sports peppers and celery salt! This is definitely the place to go when you have a craving. I will definitely be returning!
