Siento que han bajado la calidad, disminuido las porciones y la presentación de los platos
All the empanadas are delicious but my favorite is the chili con carne, the Boedo salad and the quality of the meat is very good. Recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Boedo: A Delightful Argentinian Gem in Guadalajara Day two of my stay in Guadalajara, I had the pleasure of dining at Boedo, an Argentinian restaurant specializing in empanadas, pizza, and steak. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. To begin with, the focaccia pan they served as a starter, accompanied by an array of delicious spreads, was simply amazing. It set the tone for the evening perfectly. For my main course, I ordered the arrachera steak. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The simplicity of the dish, paired with mashed potatoes in just the right proportions, was a testament to the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs. The staff at Boedo deserve special mention. Despite my limited Spanish, they were incredibly accommodating. One staff member spoke English proficiently, while another made a commendable effort to communicate with me in Spanish, making our interactions both fun and memorable. Another highlight of Boedo is its convenient location near the Hotel RIU. As a first-time guest at the hotel, I was hoping to find a tasty and low-key dining option nearby, and Boedo checked every box. In summary, Boedo provided a fantastic dining experience with excellent food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I am already looking forward to returning tomorrow evening!
