Barry's Grill Pub

I recently had my first visit to this restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is amazing, offering a fantastic view of downtown. We decided to sit indoors, but the patio looked great too. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. While it isn’t a fancy place, it’s very clean and has a cozy vibe. The menu is somewhat limited, but we tried the cheeseburgers and waffle fries, and they were delicious! It's also a great spot for drinks. I’d say it’s Gahanna's best-kept secret. I don’t play golf, but the Golf Depot next door looked appealing as well.

We absolutely love this delightful little restaurant! It's hidden away from the usual spots, and we were initially skeptical about the food quality on our first visit. However, we were pleasantly surprised – it’s exceptional! The salads are incredibly fresh, and I can honestly say I've had the best hamburger in town here. My husband is a big fan of the prime rib dip sandwich; the meat is simply exquisite.

This is a fantastic lunch spot! The service is outstanding. You can simply walk up to the counter and place your order right inside the entrance, then find a seat in the dining areas. The building itself is charming, resembling an old railroad depot that has been relocated to this site. It also offers great views of the city! The food is quite good—above average—but it can be a bit pricey for lunch. However, they often feature specials on the board that provide a more budget-friendly 'combo' option. You might not even realize this place is here, as it doesn't just look like a typical golf venue. It's truly a hidden gem!

This place is nearly impossible to find, seriously. Hidden away on a back road off another back road, in the unlikely setting of a golf emporium, Barry's Grill Pub offers some quite decent food accompanied by excellent service. The menu features typical bar and pub fare—think burgers, sandwiches, and fries. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger, which exceeded my expectations. The waffle fries were fantastic. The service was definitely above average as well. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating; while the outdoor area boasts some nice views of the city, we opted to sit indoors during our visit.

Tucked out of the way but good pub food and great prices! Great railroad decor full bar great for groups and play a round of par 3 golf! Or just hang out in the bar and grill!
