Room was not as promised as a family room. The bed was very uncomfortable old creaking springs on mattress a restless nights sleep. Extractor fan not working in bathroom. Dust and cobwebs behind tv not cleaned for years filthy. Raised concerns to Manager at checkout (Jacob) displayed a very flippant attitude and told me to take it up with Booking. Com. Will NOT be going there again Manager no Customer Sevice skills poor attitude. Rooms: Not as promised

Very comfortable accommodation. Clean and tidy everywhere. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Good choice of food and drink. Highly recommend. Looking forward to visiting again xx Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

The guy at the bar booked me in no problem and escorted me to my room, which was clean and cosy. The bar restaurant was beautiful, so if you wanted a night away with a loved one, this would be the place. The food was amazing, I had the sirloin stake, which was cooked just how I like it. The food is locally sourced, and you can tell. I would return. Rooms: 5
