Burger King - Bartlett

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I know many people say that about various locations, but this one truly stands out as the absolute worst. Avoid it at all costs. I'm honestly puzzled as to how it's still in business.

This is the worst fast food restaurant on Stage Road or in Bartlett. I was charged over $14 for just two chicken patties. The staff, what's left of them, are rude and indifferent, often getting their own menu items wrong. They also play with service times by making customers wait before they can pull up to the drive-thru window. Unfortunately, this place has been running this way for years, and it really should just close down for good.

Every time I try to visit this restaurant during my lunch break, I end up waiting about 20 minutes without any service. When they finally respond, it’s often rude. I've been told that they can’t take my order for 20 minutes or so, and when I ask why, the staff becomes defensive. I have never encountered such rudeness in a single establishment before. I understand the challenges that come with staffing (as I’m a manager myself), but that doesn’t excuse treating paying customers disrespectfully.

8pm showed up in the drive thru, everyone standing outside, one girl even had the headset on, waited at the speaker (no answer) drove around and asked if they were open they all said no were closed. Ummmm if you’re closed are you riding the clock??? With your headset still on and you’re still at the store???

I can't believe I have to give this Burger King one star. Tonight is the second and last time I've attempted to order through the drive-thru. The first time when I got to the speaker to place my order I was asked to wait just a minute to place my order and I responded sure. After 10 minutes and everyone behind me gave up I finally drove off. There was no other cars in line. Tonight when I got the speaker I was told they were only accepting online door dash orders. This place is poorly managed. Don't waste your time.
