Rating a 2 because the drinks are tasty, but staff is not friendly. First time in the place, no one greeted me/us. Three girls behind counter just stared. No one asked to offer help or suggestions on drinks. I had to ask who was taking my order as 2 girlsjust stared at me. Totally awkward and uncomfortable. Gave off the typical gym/cult vibe. Not a welcoming place. Won't be back.

This place is amazing !! The owner and all the girls are so helpful and nice. We visit them almost daily and are so glad they are in Bartow

I ordered the Mattie drink with banana, blueberry, strawberry, and kiwi. It tasted more like orange juice than tea to me. I was surprised because I was expecting a tea flavor. Additionally, there was no orange in my drink as listed in the ingredients. A bit disappointed, but I appreciate the creative idea.

The prices and variety at this restaurant are fantastic. The staff could improve their friendliness a bit.

I went to the restaurant because I won the Taste of Bartow competition and received a gift certificate for a free tea drink. One of the staff members was friendly, but the other was not as welcoming. When I placed my order, I handed my gift certificate to the unfriendly staff member and explained (excitedly, as I never win anything) that I had won the drawing. I was looking forward to trying my drink, but the staff member seemed uninterested, crumpled up my certificate, and the other staff member gave me my drink instead. It wasn't the best first impression, and I also found it strange that the prices were not displayed on the menus. I would have asked about the price of the drink, but I already felt out of place and decided to leave after receiving my drink. Maybe I will give them another chance in the future.
