The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, providing quick service with only a short wait for delicious meals. They also have numerous herbal options and are more than willing to modify dishes as needed. It's a cozy little spot perfect for enjoying a meal or for takeout!

They have toy machines filled with inexpensive plastic toys and some sweets. You can find similar machines in almost every arcade and many stores, so they’re not unique to this restaurant. While I'm not a fan of the toys or candy, the food is what keeps me coming back. I could eat here all the time if I could! I think the egg rolls are delicious, and the shrimp is excellent. The soup is also a highlight for me, and they serve jasmine tea, which I enjoy very much. You can place an order ahead of time and simply pick up your food when it’s ready, although I’ve never done that myself. As far as I know, they don’t offer delivery, so you need to go to the restaurant to enjoy their meals. Preordering is convenient since it reduces your waiting time for dinner. The prices are quite reasonable for a restaurant, but keep in mind that the space is quite small. There's a short hallway and a small wall next to you, so it might not have the atmosphere of a typical restaurant. Overall, you should definitely visit Ho-Palast. Quick service for takeout—definitely under 10 minutes! The flavors weren't exceptional, but they were acceptable.
