Cosmos Pizza - Basildon

Ordered a chicken kebab the chicken was over cooked so was the bread couldn’t even eat it was crunchy never had anything like it. Garlic sauce watery and tasteless.

Bought a pizza it was burnt was not even eatable shop is very dirty staff are very dirty hygiene is very bad should not be able to open with never go back there

I orderd food and when it came the food was a low quality as i knew some one who worked there i called to complain and when they was very rude and ignored phone calls because i was reporting to trading standards the owner saod he was calling police and saying i did not pay and was telling me to come to his shop

Have been buying from here for over a year. Pizzas are very nice but like a fool I recently noticed their 19inch pizzas are not infact 19 inches but less as they come in an 18 inch box and are at least 16 inches. Spoke to the guy about it and he just said 19 inch is just a term and not infact the size advertised.

An absolute joke of a place. Don’t listen to your order when your telling them. It turns up wrong so you have to ring them and tell them. They then argue with you to tell you that your wrong. There’s are ridiculously RUDE girl working there with no customer service skills or manners. Million percent the last time I waste my money there!!!!!
