Firejacks Basildon

Firejacks had our booking not by opentable, apparently not compatible with their PC system. so no good start. found it expensive as they have to pay for extras. good, but not worth it. service very slow will not go back

Ins restaurant twice now and both time open table have not even made contact with firearms, so there is no point at all that never uses this app again

Unfortunately after 6-6 trips we had our first bad one on Sunday. They had issues with the Open Table app and wasn't expecting us, the service was very slow and we just couldn't the attention of staff and when we asked for milkshakes as a treat for the kids were told they didn't have any milk... (there are supermarkets nearby) we will try it again.. but wanted to post a review in the hope management see that the standards which originally drew us in (i.e. super friendly staff, high levels of service etc) appear to be dipping.... hopefully just a blip.

Please book direct with restaurant as they do not receive bookings from Opentable, therefore there was no reservation for us. Luckily the staff found us a table on a very busy Saturday night.

Post cinema meal. Good food and value. Great service
