Domino's Pizza - Basingstoke and Deane

I booked a birthday meal at this restaurant in August and the service was terrible. It took an hour for our drinks and appetizers to arrive, and we had to track down our main meal, which finally came to the table. After such a bad start, they gave us the dessert menu but never came back to take our order, so we ended up paying the bill and leaving. It was supposed to be a nice family-friendly night, but it was very disappointing.

I have during ordered and has dominos delivered to my door but even though we are now opening more and dropping from to on the risk scale they are now refusing to deliver to my door I have to come out and...collect which defeats Telmex object of ordering a takeaway rather than popping to shops. Had to send food back as I am unable to leave the flat. AT NO POINT WAS THIS HIGHLIGHTED ON THE WEBSITE To many times has dominios let me down

Not the first time I had bad services from this site. would give a zero if possible. I spend a lot of money here for ordering events and meals. the commands are wrong, the hire of the personal is rude and impersonal. the basis...the recipients must be constantly persecuted. basic service levels are not there from my experience. be just happy with what you get. you will get something

Ordered from town centre dominos. When order arrived items were missing, asked the delivery driver where they were, he told me he would call the store to find out. He then promptly got in his car and drove away without giving me an answer. Tried...calling the store reapeatedly but no one answered the phone. Tried calling for over an hour but still no answer. Poor customer service.

What else to say. If u looking for a good pizza . Choose Dominos. Is always the same .always taste good.and make u and your family happy.
